Your wording stays yours

It uses your clauses instead of inventing its own

Paste the DPA security clause, incident process and privacy policy sections your firm already uses. Every client gets them as they are, with the client's facts filled in.

  • Firm templates for whole documents or single sections
  • Placeholders such as the client's legal name are filled from confirmed answers
  • Edit once, and the next generation for every client uses the new wording

Firm template · DPA · Security measures

{{client.legal_name}} applies the technical and organisational measures in Annex 2, reviewed at least once a year and after every significant change to the service.

Data processing agreement

FinalNorthwind Analytics · version 3

Parties and roles

This agreement is between the customer as controller and Northwind Analytics GmbH as processor, acting on documented instructions.

Subject matter and duration

Northwind Analytics provides B2B software to mid-sized companies in Europe. The processing lasts for the term of the customer agreement.

Processing on instructions

Northwind Analytics GmbH processes personal data only on the customer's documented instructions, including for transfers.

Security measures

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, access requires multi-factor authentication, and production access is limited to named engineers.

Subprocessors

Northwind Analytics GmbH uses the subprocessors listed in its subprocessor list and informs customers of changes in advance.

Fictional practice and clients. No customer data is shown.

What we can say about ourselves, and what we cannot yet

You are about to hand us your clients' documentation, so the same rule we apply to their documents applies to ours: a statement appears only once it is confirmed.

  • clausebench is operated by REALTY.TM GROUP sp. z o.o., Kraków, Poland (KRS 0001219891), a company established in the European Union.
  • Each firm is the controller of its clients' data; clausebench processes it on the firm's behalf as processor; our model provider acts as sub-processor.
  • clausebench prepares documentation and does not provide legal services.
  • Product analytics are our own events in our database, with no third-party analytics service and no document or interview content in them.
  • Our website sets no optional cookies before consent.
  • Documents, interview replies and questionnaire answers are drafted with the Anthropic API.
Our trust page12 further statements are still being confirmed, and are listed there as such.

From interview to finished pack without rewriting the same answers

The repetitive part of every engagement, done once per client.

  1. 1

    Interview once

Ask in the workspace or send the client a plain-language link. Every answer is a fact you confirm.

  2. 2

    Documents from facts

The documents each regime requires, with gaps marked instead of guessed.

  3. 3

    Questionnaires from documents

Security questionnaires drafted from the client's own documents, each answer marked confirmed, to check or gap.

  4. 4

    Trust page

A page for the client's customers with subprocessors, measures and documents on request.

White label

Your logo on the documents. Our name nowhere.

  • DOCX and PDF carry your firm's name in the header and in the file metadata
  • Interview invitations and document emails go out from your firm's name, with replies to you
  • Trust pages on your client's or your own domain

Vendor registry

157 vendors with legal entities and DPA links, checked

Subprocessor lists are built from the registry, not typed from memory: the contracting entity, country, transfer mechanism and a working link to each vendor's DPA, with the date it was last checked.

Vendor changes

Know when a vendor changes its terms

Work nobody does by hand: when a vendor updates its DPA or subprocessor list, every client that uses it is flagged and the affected documents are marked out of date.

What clausebench does not do

It speeds up your work. The judgement, the responsibility and the client relationship stay with you.

  • No certification

It prepares the documentation a regime requires. It does not certify, audit or make a client compliant.

  • No legal decisions

Regimes, risk categories and controller or processor roles are suggested with the reason. You confirm them.

  • No invented facts

Anything the client has not confirmed is marked as a gap. Vendor names, links and retention tables come from data, not from a model.

Priced per active client

Archived clients are not billed. Neither are watchlist clients.
